Great Stuff. I still have a meeting with the Mayor and the Pine Street Tower has been given some time. The Heritage of the towers is estimated at moderate and that should be enough to generate hope not dispair and demoliton. The state of the tower is due to poor maintenance. Could that have been deliberate. I love your inspiration and reference towers. It can be done and I hope the Mayor can see tower through the trees.
Albert Einstein said: Imagination is more important than knowledge.
Both towers could be utilized to develop the new School of Architecture, a College of Arts and the Sudbury’s Water Tower Museum.
Two sister towers that would be instantly recognizable based on their unique shapes.
We could have student tuition fee payments for both schools, the museum, and art gallery memberships fee to cover cost to operate.
Artist are in general quiet people. These two sites offer the creative ambiance artists need to excel in their passion for the Arts.
This project would bring beauty, artistic culture and tourism to the downtown core. A place I could call my own.
We could build in-sink a great big status of Louis Riel 1844-1885 the French, métis leader because he said:
“My people will sleep for one hundred years when they awake, it will be the artists who give them their spirit back.”
This to honour the historic Métis leader who did so much to pioneer Canadian diversity today (and who suffered too much for his trouble in his own time).
“Angels help you find the courage to do whatever you were meant to do.”
*Good Day, Ay:
> Has the City published their study and the cost estimates for the Water Tower Restoration?
> If so, where are they found?

Hi Brian, No the City hasn’t published their study or cost estimates but we’re working on getting those to see where the final numbers came from. If we get them, hopefully we can post them here.
> Okay, have to see the numbers before I can make sense of all the arguments.
*Thanks,
